Pay negotiable
Candidate must be able to work quickly and efficiently under time pressure, be able to formulate creative design solutions, and be up to date with both traditional and innovative construction techniques and methodologies.
A detailed eye and broad understanding of the bigger picture, as well as an understanding of cost and time frame implications.
Must be proficient in writing and communication skills and expected to liaise with a number of consultants as well as being able to simply and eloquently explain technological processes to clients, adapting the jargon accordingly to the client’s level of understanding.
